My wife’s AirPods Max stopped working… anyone have suggestions for fixing. We’ve tried:

• Forgetting device from her phone
• Resetting by holding both buttons until the light flashes amber 3x
• Restarting phone (and turning off/on Bluetooth)
• Charging fully and trying all of the above again…
